Canon Releases New Compact Cameras

 Canon has expanded its PowerShot Digital ELPH and A-Series camera
lineups. The pocket-sized, 8-megapixel PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH
has an advanced Optical Image Stabilization system, Genuine Face
Detection Technology and a Digic III imaging processor. The A-Series
includes three easy-to-use, feature-rich models: the optically image
stabilized 8-megapixel PowerShot A590 IS, the 8-megapixel PowerShot
A580, and the creatively color-keyed 7.1-megapixel PowerShot A470
digital cameras.
