Think BIG!

Photography is all about the details. Larger monitors give you a better perspective on your images.

Projector Screen When you can’t control ambient light, white screens offer a higher degree of reflectivity and brilliance. They’re helpful when your projector has a lower output or lumens power as it will make the image appear brighter.

In a home theater setting, a gray color screen may be a better choice. Gray screens lower the black levels of the projected image and enhance contrast; they achieve best results where ambient lighting can be controlled.

An alternative is to paint a wall surface with special acrylic paints offered by companies like Goo Systems (www.goosystems.com), turning any wall or flat surface into a movie screen. Although labor-intensive, this approach might be a better solution if you’re on a tight budget or don’t have the space for a traditional screen setup.
